Collecting your ScRaPs
Hey everyone!
As you know, Peacebranch takes antique items and makes them with a new twist to collide antique with modernity.
SO as I search for how to meet you, the customer's, needs I am asking you to donate your old pieces of jewelry/trinkets/ and other small finds to Peacebranch so I can see what you used to like so I can incorporate a new style based off of your needs!
Do you have scraps laying around? Old brooches from your grandma? An old charm bracelet that you no longer wear? A necklace that just fits you awkwardly? Send them my way!
I love digging through peoples "junk" and making them into something beautiful again.
So what do you have to lose? WHy don't you let someone else benefit off of jewelry you don't use anymore?! (Afterall jewelry that's just sitting in a drawer hiding from the world is just TOO sad!)
Feel free to email me at peacebranch@gmail.com if you have anything to donate and I'll arrange a way to pick the items up for you.
Thank you for your continuous support! I love you guys :D

Fashion Research
So it's been awhile since I have written a blog post and I haven't created any jewelry since Germany, therefore I am going to do some fashion research and blurt it out on here! Many of the things you might already know, but hey why not share anyway?
Thanks for following!
Due to the popularity (or lack there of, according to movie reporters) of Eat, Pray, Love...Indian-inspired clothing is popular!
Vintage pieces of cultural designs are being publicized in today's magazines and on fashionistas everywhere. The love of culture that is seen throughout this film is being portrayed through jewelry, accessories, and fabric all over the fashion world. I am excited for this new discovery as I have always been a fan of culture.
As much as we all try to get floral out of style it ALWAYS stays in. Whether you see small simple flowers faded into a lilac summer dress or big flowers on little baby's heads, they are always going to be around. Remember that next time you are getting rid of things in your closet ;)
Fall is coming and that means LAYERS! I always get caught up wearing the same outerwear because I don't own enough so make sure you update your jacket collection! You may only wear jackets for a short amount of time in California, but light sweaters that are layered can be used almost all year round! (I mean face it, when you are stuck in your office or classroom it's a little cold anyway, right?)
Long Vests coupled with similar length dresses, leggings, and boots = a good wardrobe choice for fall
Be careful on not getting too matchy-matchy with colors, but find a good palette to work off of!
Thing designer only comes at a high price? Not true! Check out affordable clothing such as the new Tucker line for Target,
your local Buffalo Exchange, and a new favorite of mine CLOTHES SWAP! Get your friends together and swap clothes! Most of the time our clothes aren't out of style yet, we are just bored..so swap with your friends and make some new favorites!
Hate doing make-up? Me too! But the new Covergirl smoky shadow blast makes it easy! In just two steps you can have your eyes looking great! Shadow on one side, a little blendable pencil on the other and WALA!
Big leather purses, while they may be cute, often are a pain on your back and shoulder. Stick to smaller purses when going out all day, you don't want to turn out lopsided! When purchasing bigger purses, make sure they aren't too heavy before anything is in them or else you will regret your purchase later!
Colors to embrace this fall? Goldenrod, Brick Brown, Beige, and Earthtone Green. You can't go wrong with this color palette if you put on some bronzer and your favorite knee length leather boots!
That's all i have for you today...
Like what you read? Pass it on and leave a comment!

iSanctuary event!
Last night I had an opportunity to help out with an organization called iSanctuary.
It was the first time that I was able to actually work with the organization, other than attending meetings and prepping
This organization works with giving women in India who have been subject to sexual slavery an occupation and a restart at life
They teach the women how to make jewelry and the jewelry is sold here (see the connection for me?)
I am trying to work with this organization on their marketing team to get their stuff sold in the United States, particularly Orange County.
I have included a couple of pictures from the event as well as some of their product. Please check it out and feel free to ask me any questions about the organization and check out their website: www.isanctuary.org

Easter
I was hired to take some pictures for a neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt
Here's a few, I just love the bright Easter colors!
Tis the season to remember how much we need to depend on Christ's grace.
My faith would be nothing without his resurrection, thus I am deeply indebted to
the cross, the tomb, and the resurrection.
God Bless You this Easter season as you remember all that HE has done for you!
